On October 10th, access2innovation will be hosting a major match-making conference in Aalborg.
The conference will focus on new business opportunities in developing markets – based on the five newly published concept notes.
The aim of the conference is to identify possible research and business partners for the following business opportunities:
- Waste management in Kasese – with WWF
- Energy Hubs in Kasese – with WWF
- Chili farmers in Fort Portal –with CARE
- Dairy farming in Mbarara – with UCCCU
- One Stop Shops – with Red Cross
The conference will be taking place in the congregation hall Nordkraft in Aalborg and feature keynote speakers Lars Bendix of Farm Mountain Coffee, Amy Smith from MIT as well as the Danish Minister for Development, Christian Friis Bach.
The conference is free of charge but only has a limited number of seats.
The conference will be followed by a second conference for identified business partners as well as a trip to Uganda on December 4th – 12th.
